Cancellation policy for digital content

 

1.1.    Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

 

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must send us

e-mail address: support@my-verse.io) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.


You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

 

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

 

1.2.    Consequences of the revocation

 

If you revoke this contract, we shall return to you all payments we have received from you,

including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that

that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),

immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

1.3.    Cancellation reasons

 

The right of revocation expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:

 

  1. has expressly consented to the trader commencing performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period; and

 

  1. has confirmed that he is aware that his right of withdrawal expires upon the commencement of the performance of the contract, and

 

  1. the trader has sent the consumer a confirmation of the contract, within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the contract,

at the latest, however, when the digital content which is not on a physical medium is made available

on a durable medium:

in which the content of the contract is reproduced and on which it is stated,

that the consumer has given his express consent before the performance of the contract,

that the trader will commence performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,

and has confirmed his knowledge thereof,

 

that by giving his consent he loses his right of withdrawal as soon as the performance of the contract begins.
